1 large pkg. chocolate chips
12 squares semi-sweet chocolate (cut up)
3 c. + 20 small marshmallows
4 T. butter
1 T. vanilla
1 can milk
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 quart walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Put in a large bowl chocolate chips, cut up chocolate squares, marshmallows, butter and vanilla.

Put in sauce pan canned milk, sugar and salt. Bring to boil stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes (this is a rolling boil)

Pour over mixture in large bowl. Stir rapidly until melted. Add 1 quart walnuts. Pour into flat pan. Cool. Cut into bite sized pieces.

Grammy Pie gave me this handwritten recipe by her at my wedding shower. I had the recipe blown up and given to me as a gift in recent years. I hang in my kitchen every Christmas.
