CUP, HED, CAN, TBSPSP, TSPSPS, OZS

medium hed Cauilflower, chopped fine
1 cup Onions, chopped fine
14 *ozs Chicken broth
1 tbsps Chicken bullion
2 tbsps Butter
Wondra flour, in shaker
3 cups Milk
8 ozs Cheddar cheece
Salt and white pepper to taste
1/4 tspsps nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
In a crok pot, over medium heat, combine onions, broth, bullion and caluflower
Cover
Add flour and wisk bristly until smooth
Gradually add in milk until bubbly
Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes or until thickened
Simmer and stir in and reduce heat until cheese,, added, is melted
Simmer for 30 minutes but do not boil
Serve
