4 eggs
1/4 c. melted butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1/2 c. self rising flour (or make your own with 1 c.flour, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt)
1 1/2 c. shredded coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs thoroughly. Add melted butter, sugar, and flour. Beat again until well blended. Stir in coconut. Pour filling into 2 ungreased 8" pie pans. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes. Tops will be slightly brown. Cool thoroughly.
