260 gm flour
9 gm salt
14 gm sugar
¼ tsp baking soda
9 gm yeast
1 c milk, warm
60ml water, warm
25gm vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix flour, salt, baking soda and sugar together
2. Add yeast on top but do not mix
3. Warm milk and water in micro to 45ºC
4. Add oil to milk/water mixture
5. Add wet to dry mix and stir for 2-3 minutes ONLY
6. Add mixture to greased and corn mealed bread pan
7. Proof in warm area for 45 minutes
8. Bake in 400ºF oven for 20-25 minutes until internal temp is 190ºF
9. Remove and cool on rack
10. Store until ready to use.
