1 bunch broccoli, cooked and mashed
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can (soup can measure) milk
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. yellow onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 T. butter
garlic powder to tatse
Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in 2 T. butter with garlic powder to taste.Add to mixture first four ingredients, plus grated cheese. Mix and simmer. May require additional milk.
