1 10oz spinach (I used frozen) (if fresh- chop fresh leaves)
1 13 oz can artichoke hearts, chopped and drained
1 8 oz brick low-fat cream cheese, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 cup light sour cream or plain Greek yogurt (I used sour cream)
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup finely-chopped white onion
4 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper to test

Directions:
Directions:
I sauteed the chopped onion and minced garlic until the onions are translucent.

Add remainder of ingredients into slow cooker- toss to combine

Low for 2-2.5 hours until cheese is melted

Can serve with whatever dipper- I used pita chips
