4 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Tabasco sauce
1 egg yolk
3/4 cup oil (canola or olive)


Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together minced garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and egg until well blended.
Add 3/4 cup oil, continue blending until creamy and thickened.
Pour over romaine lettuce, mix well adding desired toppings such as crumbled bacon, Parmesan cheese and croutons.
