1/3 cup Sugar
2 cups Eggnog
1/2 tspsps Flavoring, use maple with the eggnog

Directions:
Beat to mix eggs and sugar briskly to combine
In a sauce pan scaled milk by bringing it to a boil and immediately remove from the heat
Pour in the milk to the egg mixture
Add flavoring
Pour into 2-quart casserole dish
Set the dish into a another pan of hot water 1-inch deep
Sprikle with either cinnamon or nutmeg
Bake for 40-45 minutes at 350 * or until a silver knife comes out clean
Cool to room temperature
Refrigerate until used
