1 cup Sugar
4 Eggs, beaten
2 tbsps Mustard
1/8 cup Water
Salt and pepper to taste
1 bottle Horseradish, to taste
1/2 pint cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan over heat, stirring constantinly, add all ingredients except salt and pepper, cream and until a custrard consistently is achieved
Whip cream into whipped cream
Add horseradish to taste
Stir in whipped cream
Serve on ham and vegetables
Store in sealed container in the refrigerator for one week, even if it separates within hours, you can wisk bristly until combined
After a week in the refrigerator, disgard
