2 lbs Cube Steak
Salt
2 Eggs
1-1/2 Cup Crispy Breading (Paula's recipe)

Season both sides of each steak with salt.
Whisk eggs in a bowl. Dip each steak into
eggs, then roll in breading, coating well.
Place in air fryer or oven preheated at 400
degrees for 22-26 minutes, or until golden
and crispy, flipping once half way through.
Top with sausage gravy.
