2 lbs Potatoes
3 tbsps Butter, melted
1 cup parmesian cheese

Directions:

Wash and dry potatoes,
Brush bottom and sides of a 9X13 pan or dish or pie plate
Slice potatoes and toss with butter and sprinkle with 1/4 cup of cheese
Bake 425 * for one hour or until the potatoes are fork tender
Lossen potatoes from baking vessel
Invert onto serving dish and serve

I used to really enjoy any type of potatoes, in fact, I could make a meal of potatoes! There was't a kind of potato I didn't like: baked, mashed, fried, I, liked them all. When I first had my braces tightened, I would make a meal of potatoes because eating them didn't make my teeth hurt!
