1-lb Alaskan Cod
1 Cup Crispy Breading (Paula's recipe)
2 Eggs

METHOD
Whisk eggs in a bowl. Dip thawed cod in eggs
and then dredge in crispy breading. Place
breaded fish in air fryer. Air fry at 400 degrees
for 22-24 minutes, flipping halfway through
cook time. Serve with my delicious tartar sauce!
If using an oven, bake in preheated 400 degree
oven for 24-26 minutes, or until golden and
crispy.
