16 slices bread, crust removed
8 slices of cheese
8 slices of ham or chopped ham
1 1/2 t. dry mustard
3 c. milk
7 eggs
1 t. salt
2 c. crushed cornflakes
1/2 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray.

Layer bread, cheese, and ham; add another layer of bread.

Beat eggs, milk, mustard and salt and pour over all and refrigerate overnight.

Cover casserole with crushed cornflakes and dot with butter.

Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
