6 lean pork chops
¼ cup breading mix
2 tbsp. oil
3 med. onions, chopped
1 tbsp. sugar
1 pkg, (2 cup) pepper gravy prepared with milk

Directions:
Directions:
Wipe chops with paper towels to dry off, coat with breading. Heat oil in skillet brown chops on both sides and place in casserole (large enough so gravy doesn't spill over). Sauté/fry onions with sugar and oil, till browned. Whisk together pepper gravy mix and milk, add to the fried onions and thicken slightly. Pour over0 pork chops and cover with foil. Bake at 350º for 1 hour, 20 minutes or put in crock pot pouring gravy over each layer.
