12 ounces egg noodles

1 pound sausage or hamburger or both

1/2 teaspoons olive oil

1 1/2 Cup red bell peppers or different colors

1/4 cup sliced onion

2 minced garlic cloves

1 teaspoons Italian sea

1/2 teaspoons red pepper flakes

1/2 cup white wine

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

1 can (24 oz) diced tomatoes undrained

1. Heat 12 teaspoons olive oil in skillet. Brown meat, set aside.

2. In the same skillet, sauté onion, bell pepper and garlic for 3 minutes.

3. Add white wine, simmer till almost evaporated to intensify flavors

4. Mix in dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes to blend flavors and thicken.

5. Return meat to skillet, add parsley. Combine and cook 5 minutes more.

6. Keep warm on low. Cook noodles as instructed.

7. Drain noodles, add to skillet. Toss forever coating.

8. Serve
