2 lb. ground beef
1 c. water
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. onion salt
1 T. mustard seed
2 t. Liquid Smoke
3 T. celery salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well with your hands.

Roll in foil, shiny side in.

Let cure 24 hours in fridge.

Punch holes in the foil and bake at 350º for 1 hour and 15 minutes on the broiler rack.

When cooked and cooled, remove foil and roll on paper towel to remove grease.

Check for any bits of aluminum foil.

Can be frozen.
