Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp allspice
¾ tsp turmeric
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
Chilli flakes to taste (e.g., ¼ tsp)

Directions:
Directions:
Begin by marinating the chicken. Mix the spices with some oil and thoroughly coat the chicken pieces. For the best flavor, allow the chicken to marinate overnight in the refrigerator, though a few hours will suffice if you're short on time.

When ready to cook, preheat your barbecue grill to between 350-400°F. Place the marinated chicken on the grill and cook for about six minutes on each side, ensuring the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.

Serve the grilled chicken with hummus and fresh vegetables tucked into a pita, or alongside a plate of fluffy rice. This dish pairs well with a variety of sides and offers a versatile meal option.

Note: If you have leftover marinated chicken that you can't cook right away, you can freeze it for later use. The marinade will continue to enhance the chicken's flavor while it’s stored in the freezer.
