Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 cup of fresh cooked salmon (or one can of salmon)
8 oz of cream cheese (200g)
1 tbsp of lemon juice
1 tbsp of very finally chopped inion
2 teaspoons of horseradish
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ cup chopped walnuts
3 tbsp chopped parsley of flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except walnuts and parsley
Form into a ball and chill (freeze if not using immediately)
Just before serving roll salmon ball in mixture of parsley and walnuts.

Serve with crackers or bread of choice
