2 tomatoes
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 cup Catalina dressing with bacon
1 cup grated cheese
1/2 pound crumbled bacon
1 bag of corn chips

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the onion, green and red peppers, and tomatoes, discarding the tomato pulp. In a large bowl, mix these chopped vegetables with the Catalina dressing, grated cheese, and crumbled bacon. Chill this mixture in the fridge. When ready to serve, add the corn chips to the chilled mixture and toss well. Serve immediately for best texture.
