2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons rice vinegar or lemon juice
3 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
1.5 pounds medium shrimp peeled and deveined.
2 cups orzo
1 large red or green bell pepper, thinly sliced.
6 scallions, cut into 3/4-inch lengths.
3 cloves garlic, minced.
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger.

1) In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, vinegar or lemon juice, 2 teaspoons of the oil, and the shrimp. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.

2) Meanwhile, prepare the orzo according to package directions.

3) Using a slotted spoon, remove the shrimp from the marinade. Place in a small bowl. Reserve the marinade.

4) Heat the remaining 1 teaspoon oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp, pepper, scallions, garlic, and ginger. Cook, stirring frequently, for 3 minutes. Stir in the orzo and the reserved marinade. Cook for 2 minutes, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
