1/2 cup Dressing or Spread
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint.
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves.
2 tsp. finely chopped garlic.
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 lb. fresh asparagus, steamed, then cut into bite-size pieces.
1 box (10 oz.) frozen green peas thawed and drained.

1) Combine Dressing and Sandwich Spread, lemon juice, mint, parsley, garlic and lemon peel in large bowl.

2) Add asparagus and peas and toss to coat.
