** PICK A BASE cooked rice - any kind will do!

** USE UP YOUR FRUIT & VEG onions, peppers, corn, jalapenos, any veggies left in the fridge will do the trick.

** ADD AN OPTIONAL PROTEIN. chicken, turkey, beef, pork or shrimp. Try beans, tofu or any plant-based option if you would prefer! Freshly cooked or leftover, it does not matter.


+ 1 ADD A MAGIC TOUCH
Choose some cilantro, oregano, lime juice, queso fresco, avocado, hot sauce, Hellmann's Cilantro Lime Sauce, or Creamy Sriracha sauce.

1) Cook 2 to 3 cups of vegetables and 1 lb. protein.
2) Add 1½ cups of cooked rice; mix gently.
