8 fried chicken strips
1 head of lettuce
1 bunch green onions
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 pkg. chow main noodles
cashews

Dressing:
8 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
6 tbsp. white vinegar
3/4 cup canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken in bite sized pieces.
Chop lettuce and green onions and add poppy seeds.
When ready to serve, add cashews, chicken, chow main noodles and dressing.
Dressing can be made ahead and refrigerated.
Shake it up to dissolve sugar before serving.
