4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper.
Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish, arranging them in a single layer.
Spread the garlic mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
Pour the diced tomatoes over the chicken.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Remove the foil, sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken, and return the dish to the oven.
Bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Once done, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired before serving.
