2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 4 oz. can chopped green chiles
1 5 oz. pkg.(5 slices) ham, finely chopped
1 T. Tony Cachere's Creole seasoning

Mix all ingredients together well and chill. Serve with crackers. Family favorite cracker, Wheat Thins.
