6 oz. Angel Hair Spaghetti
3 qt. Water
1-2 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Onion, chopped
4 oz. Can Stems and Pieces Mushrooms, rough chopped
1 can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 c. Water
1 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 c. Leftover Cooked Ham, diced
3/4 tsp. Salt, to taste
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper, to taste
2 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
2 Tbsp. Pimento Peppers, chopped

Bring large pot of water to a boil then add salt. Add spaghetti and cook 8-10 minutes or until al dente'. Drain and set aside.

While pasta is cooking, melt butter in large saucepan over medium to low heat. Stir in onion and mushrooms. Cook until onion has softened and turned translucent, about 5 minutes. Avoid browning by stirring often.

Stir in mushroom soup, drained pasta, salt, pepper, pimento and parsley stirring to combine. Cook until mix is heated through, stirring often. If too thick, add water and stir until achieving proper consistency.
