PKG, CUP, TBSPSPS, TSPSPS

1 cup Almond Flour
1 tbspsp Cinnamon
1 tbspsp Baking powder
1 tspsps Vanilla

SYRUP
1 cup Water
2 cups Sugar
1 tbspsps Mapline or Maple flavoring
1 tspsps Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Beat all ingredients for the pan cakes in a bowl and set aside

SYRUP
Boil all ingredients except flavoring
Bring to a roiling boil and once the surgar mixture is boiling add flavoring
Continue to boil for 2 minutes, set aside
On a griddle pour 8 pan cakes onto lightly greeced griddle
Turn once the pan cakes are brown on one side
Punch a vent in each cake
Once cakes are brown on both sides serve with butter
Syrup should be served on the side
