Ingredients:  
1 cup canola oil
1 package Ranch salad dressing mix
1 tsp. red pepper - to taste
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 box saltine crackers*
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients in measuring cup and set aside.
Put crackers into a wide mouth jar (if available)
Pour oil mixture evenly over the crackers.
Gently rotate jar to coat all crackers, and repeat several times.

*Ritz Crackers or others may be substituted.
