¼ cup bacon bits
1 cup finley chopped pecans
2 or 3 green onion tops - thinly sliced
¾ cup mayonnaise
½ tsp. hot sauce
Lemon juice - dash
16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Strawberry preserves - Smuckers work well
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients.
Place in a mold, lined with plastic wrap or sprayed with Pam
Can be hand shaped into anything (candy cane, football, Christmas tree)
Chill for 2 hours.
Turn onto plate.
Top with strawberry preserves
Serve with Escort or Ritz crackers
