2 cups warm water
1 tbsp active dry yeast
1/4 cup honey
3 tbsp melted butter
2 tsp salt
5 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
In a a mixing bowl combine 2 cups warm water and 2 tbsp dry active yeast
Mix and let sit for 10 minutes
Add 1/4 cups of honey, 3 tbsp butter, 2 tsp salt, and 5 1/2 cups flour
Mix until sticking off the sides
Let set for 2 hours in an off oven with the light on
Take out, punch and form in to bread pans
Let set for 2 hours
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
