2 - 4 slices bread (crust off and cubed)
1 lb. sausage (cooked and drained)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
8 - 12 eggs
2 cups milk or half and half
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 9 x 13 pan with Pam.
Put bread cubes, cooked sausage and cheese in the pan.
Beat eggs and milk add other ingredients and pour into pan.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

**You can also add a drained can of Rotel tomatoes. If you elect to do this, omit the pepper.
