1lb baby red potatoes (you can use any monies you like)
1/2 stick of butter melted
2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion powder


Directions:
Directions:
Slice in half baby potatoes

Melt butter in small sauce pan

Add minced garlic and simmer until it smells like heaven

Add Parmesan cheese and cook until melted

Add spices

Add butter to an 8x8 pan or cast iron skillet

Place baby potatoes cut side down

Roast in a 400 degree oven check ever 15 minutes and cook until tender
