1 pound salted peanuts
11.5 ounces chocolate chips of your choice. I prefer dark
Can mix in some peanut butter chips if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Melt your chocolate in a fairly large heat proof bowl.
This can be done in the microwave or double boiler. Microwave works well - don’t burn.
Dump peanuts into the chocolate and stir to cover completely
Spoon the chocolate covered nuts in small mounds on wax paper or foil.
Place in a cool dry place to set up.
This does not necessarily have to be the refrigerator, but it probably is best.
Allow to harden completely.
Serve at room temperature, with plenty of napkins.
