1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup margarine, softened
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
6 green onions, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Several dashes hot sauce such as Tabasco
4 catfish filets (or fish of your choice - flounder & redfish work well

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix the first six ingredients together in a bowl
Pat filets dry and place in a well buttered baking pan in a single layer.
Spoon topping onto tops of filets.
Cook at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes.
Fish is done when flakes easily with fork at the thickest part.
Broil to brown the tops (if desired)
