1 lb imitation crab (shredded or chunked)
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/2 c kewpie mayo
2 tbs sriracha
2 c sushi rice (cooked)
1 tbs rice vinegar
3 tbs furikake seasoning

For serving:
Additional kewpie mayo
Additional sriracha mayo
Green onions (chopped)
Nori sheets

Optional:
Cucumber (julienned)
Avocado (sliced)
Soy sauce
Yum Yum sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Mix together crab, cream cheese, mayo, and sriracha. Set aside.
3. Toss sushi rice with rice vinegar. Transfer to a square baking dish and flatten evenly into a single layer. Top with half of the furikake seasoning. Add the crab mixture and sprinkle with remaining furikake seasoning.
4. Drizzle with kewpie mayo and sriracha. Bake for 25 minutes.
5. Garnish with green onion and serve with nori sheets and optional toppings and dipping sauces.
