Zucchini, Squash, & Sunburst Squash

egg bath = eggs fork scrambled and milk in bowl
flour & cornmeal in a bowl
roll in egg bath and then in flour

vegetable oil heat up in a medium pot I test to see if hot enough by sprinkling flour in and if it sizzles up then its good if it just floats needs to be hotter

put vegetables in where they are not overly crowded so you can flip them watch closely til they turn golden brown then remove to paper towel and sprinkle immediately with salt
