1 Envelope Lipton Noodle Soup mix
2 ½ cups boiling water
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
pepper
1 - 7oz can tuna drained
2 cups peas drained
1 cup white onion
1 cup buttered breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook soup in water 5 min. Melt butter and blend in flour and pepper.
Gradually stir in hot soup. Add tuna, peas and onions. Pour into a 1½
quart casserole. Top with breadcrumbs.

Bake 450 for 15 min.

Fixed this many years ago for the kids minus the onions. Looked for the recipe online and could not find it. Had to dig through my old recipes. Was looking for something I could fix for lunch with things I had in the pantry.
