1 med. cabbage shredded fine
1 green pepper, chop fine
1 large sweet onion, chop fine
1 c. minus 1 T. sugar

1 c. vinegar
3/4 c. salad oil
1 T. salt - I use less
1/2 t. celery seed
1/2 t. dry mustard
1 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the vegetables and sprinkle sugar all over.

bring to a boil the remaining ingredients while hot pour over the cabbage mixture.

Store in fridge for up to one week.
