Ingredients: * 1 lb Hamburger meat (I used 73/27 beef) * 1 package of Taco Meat Seasoning (I used McCormick's Hot Taco - for less Spicy use their regular or Mild) * 1 package Pillsbury Pie Crust -- -- -- -- * for Egg Wash - 1 large Egg & 1 Tablespoon of Milk or Half-n-Half.
also needed are individual 5" pie pans

Directions:Step 1 Preheat oven to 340 F Step 2 Break up Meat -cook with Taco Seasoning- like you are making Taco Meat for Tacos Step 3 Cut Pie crust - 1 pie crust into more than the 5" for bottom of individual pie pans - 1 pie crust into same size as the 5 " pie pans for the top of pies. Step 4 Place one larger cut pie piece in each of pie pans Step 5 With Pastry Brush - brush edges and inside of pies Step 6 Fill each pie with Taco Meat to the edge of pie pan Step 7 Put the 5" crust on top of each pie and crimp edges together. Step 8 Brush with Pastry Brush the top of each pie Step 9 Poke at least 4 air holes in each pie Step 10 Place pan with rack on bottom of oven Step 11 Bake for 40 Minutes
Step 12 Take out of oven and let cool at least 10 minutes Step 13 Remove from pie tins and let set another 10 minues |
