1½ cups chopped onion
1½ cups chopped celery
1 stick butter
1 tsp salt
½ tsp poultry seasoning
½ tsp sage
pepper to taste
1 loaf white bread
¼ or ½-¾ cup chicken broth
Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion and celery in butter until tender

Mix seasonings together and sprinkle over bread pieces

Add onion mixture and broth (¼ cup if stuffing turkey, ½-¾ cup if casserole)

Stuff in turkey or put in baking dish and cook at 350º for 40 minutes
