Ingredients:  
1 14.75oz or 2 5oz canned salmon
1 egg, beaten
½ small onion, diced
¼ cup milk
¼ tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper
½ cup cracker crumbs, fine
6 tablespoons olive oil and/or butter

Directions:
Directions:
Drain salmon and remove bones and skin (if using larger can)
Flake salmon with fork
Mix eggs and milk, and then add salmon and onion
Add salt, pepper and cracker crumbs
Form into large patties
Melt olive oil and/or butter in skillet over medium heat
Brown patties on both sides
