1 Medium onion (diced)
1 shallot (diced fine)
5 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
2 TBS Fresh Basil
1 TBS Fresh Rosemary
2 Sprigs Fresh Thyme
2 Sprigs fresh Oregano
1 TBS Italian Seasoning
1 Tsp dried Basil
2 Tsp Onion Powder
2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1-2 Pinch Red Pepper flakes (Optional)
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1/3 Cup Red Wine
34 oz. Tomato Sauce
15 oz. Diced Tomatoes
4 TBS Butter or ˝ Cup pasta water
1 TBS Better than Bullion Italian Herb Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a pan over medium heat, sauté the onion, shallot, and garlic in butter until the onions are translucent and soft but not browned.
2. Add basil, dried basil, thyme, rosemary, oregano, and Italian seasoning and cook for 1-2 additional minutes.
3. Deglaze the pan with the red wine and cook until the wine reduces about ˝.
4. Add the onion and garlic powder, red pepper flakes, black pepper and tomatoes.
5. Reduce heat to medium low and continue to stir occasionally to prevent the ingredients from sticking to the pan.
6. In a separate pan brown, the meat until cooked thoroughly and strain off any grease.
7. Add the meat to the tomato mixture and add the tomato sauce with 1TBS of the Italian Herb seasoning. Continue to cook for approximately 15-20 minutes then add the remaining butter or ˝ Cup of Pasta water.
8. Serve over pasta of choice and garnish with fresh parsley flakes.
