1 can (8oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 pkg (about 8 oz) cubed ham
6 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Unroll dough in 13×9 baking dish. (If you want a thicker casserole, use an 8x12 baking dish.) Pinch seams together so there are no holes in the dough.

3. Sprinkle ham cubes on top of the dough.

4. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, and pepper until well blended.

5. Pour egg mixture over ham.

6. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the top.

7. Bake for 30 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing into squares.

you may substitute other meats if ham is not your favorite. You can use bacon or any type of sausage. (Breakfast sausage would be delicious!)


Top this breakfast casserole with salsa, sour cream, hollandaise sauce and/or sliced avocado.
