2 Cans Snows chopped clams
4 Large carrots
5 Stalks of Celery
1 Large onion
3 Cloves of garlic
1 29 oz can of Hunts tomato sauce
8 cups of chicken stock
Salt
Pepper
Italian seasoning
Potatoes (optional)
2 TBSP Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Chop all vegetables to medium dice

Chop Garlic to fine dice

Heat olive oil in a large pot, add all vegetables and cook 1/4 way

Add Garlic and cook additional minute

Drain clams and add to the vegetables

Cook additional minute

Add tomato sauce and cook for 2 minutes

Add Chicken stock

Cook for 20 -30 minutes
