1 cup sugar
¾ cup skim milk
¾ cup plain greek yogurt
2 large eggs
2 T flour
2 tsp cornstarch
¼ tsp almond extract
pie crust
1 cup blueberries
1 cup sliced peaches

Directions:
Directions:
in a medium bowl combine sugar, milk, yogurt, eggs, flour, cornstarch, extract and salt.
Whisk until smooth, set aside.
Roll pie crust into a 12" circle and put in a greased pie pan. Crimp edges and put on a baking sheet.
Arrange peaches on the bottom of the pan and then the blueberries.
Pour filling on top.
Bake for 25 minutes at 400º, bake another 25 minutes at 350º.
pie is done when knife inserted in the center comes out clean
