12 large eggs yolks at room temp
3 C flour
2 1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
2 C white sugar
1 t vanilla
1 t lemon extract ( emulsion is better)
1 C cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare 10 inch tube pan or 12 ince bundt pan with nonstick spray.
Preheat oven to 350º
Stir flour, bak powder and salt together
In a seperate bowl, beat egg yolks until very fluffy and thick.
Gradually beat in sugar and beat 2 minutes on high speed, stopping to scrape the bowl.
Reduce speed to low and add vanilla, lemon and cold water
Gradually but quickly add sifted flour micture while beating on low, scrape bowl.
Beat only long enough to blend, about 2 minutes.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake 50-60 minutes until golden brown. DO NOT OVER BAKE.
