1 pkg. King’s Hawaiian sweet rolls (12 count)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
¼ c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg yolk
¼ c. butter, melted
2 T. cinnamon sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1 – Prepare for baking – Preheat oven to 350 and lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.

2 – Prep the sweet rolls – Gently slice each roll in half creating a pocket but not cutting all the way through.

3 – Making the cheesecake filling – in a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg yolk until smooth and well-blended.

4 – Fill the rolls – Spoon or pipe the cheesecake mixture in to the pocket of each roll evenly.

5 – Arrange on baking sheet – place the filled rolls on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are spaced apart.

6 – Top with flavor – brush the tops with melted butter then sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar.

7 – Bake – bake for 15 – 20 minutes or until the rolls turn a golden brown hue and the filling is set.
