• 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon sesame oil
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot
• 1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, finely chopped
• ASIAN SLAW:
• 3 cups coleslaw mix
• 2 green onions, thinly sliced
• 1-1/2 teaspoons rice vinegar
• 1-1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
• 1-1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
• 1-1/2 teaspoons honey
• 16 wonton wrappers
• Cooking spray
• Sweet chili sauce
• Chopped fresh cilantro

• In a large shallow bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients until blended. Add chicken; toss to coat. Let stand 15 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 375º. In a small bowl, combine coleslaw mix, green onions, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and honey; toss to coat. Refrigerate, covered, until serving.
• In batches, press wonton wrappers over edges of a 13x9-in. baking pan; spritz with cooking spray. Bake until lightly browned, 7-9 minutes.
• Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook and stir chicken mixture over medium-high heat until chicken is no longer pink, 4-6 minutes. Remove from the heat.
• Fill wonton shells with chicken mixture. Top with coleslaw, chili sauce and cilantro.
