1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened and cubed
4 T. butter
1/3 c. milk
½ tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (18 oz.) bag frozen corn, thawed
1 c. shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 – grease a 2 quart baking dish.

In a medium pot over low heat, melt cream cheese and butter. Stir in milk until mixture is smooth. Add salt, pepper, and corn.

Pour mixture into baking dish and top with cheese. Bake until golden brown – about 20 minutes.
