14¼ oz water
7⅛ oz white vinegar
2 T pickling salt
½ tsp mustard seed
1 jalapeno
1 sprig dill weed
garlic
Pint jar

Directions:
Directions:
Pack raw, peeled garlic into a pint jar with mustard seed, jalapeño and dill.
Leave ½" head space.
Boil water, vinegar and salt.
Pour boiling brine into jar leaving ¼" head space.
Cap and process in boiling water for 12 minutes.

combine leftover brine with oil to make a good dressing for salad.
